The epley maneuver – how to do it properly

The Epley manoeuvre is one of the most useful tools in any vestibular physiotherapist’s toolbox. However, doing it properly and doing it well can be a bit confusing!

Below is a video posted to the Fauquier ENT YouTube channel, which shows the correct way to carry out the Epley maneuvre.

Please be evaluated by a doctor or physical therapist before trying this maneuvre at home. While it is helpful for certain types of BPPV, it is not at all effective for other variants.
